Capitol Day
Congratulations to Victoria, Andrew, Katie, Breanna, Zachary, Emily, and Mrs. DeMaria for their acceptance to participate in this year’s Capitol Day on May 6th. For more information about the event click here.
Below is a description of the project that was accepted.
For this particular project students are asked to explore one of four topics pertaining to the background information for Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar: William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar, Ancient Rome, or Shakespearean tragedy. They are placed in groups according to their learning styles and technology interests, and asked to produce a multimedia presentation combining all of the findings. The presentation medium varies year to year depending on Web 2.0 tools, software availability and usability, but it ranges from movies and podasts to glogsters and graphically designed brochures.
Here are some pictures from the event.
