Bruce Blitz Video Conference
20 11 2009Today 15 of my top 8th grade artists had the exciting opportunity to attend a video conference with Cartoonist, Bruce Blitz, for an interactive program. Blitz is the host of the emmy-nominated TV series, “Cartooning with Blitz.” The CMS artists joined 10 other schools to interact with Blitz. Students learned about setting goals, different careers in art, and the personal and inspirational story of how Bruce Blitz got started. The culmination of the program ended with an interactive drawing lesson and a Q & A session. These students had a fantastic time, and it was a truly inspiring and fun experience for all in attendance.
